Ingredients
750grams braising steak
2 cups of sliced mushrooms
6tbsp tomato puree
3 leeks
2 carrot
1½ red onions
4 clove of garlic crushed
3-4tbsp worcester sauce
2tbsp coconut oil
1400ml gluten free beef stock cube
Method
1. Heat the coconut oil in a large pan
and add the onions, carrots, leeks,
mushrooms and garlic and cook for
5-7 minutes until soft
2. Add the beef slowly until brown
3. Add the stock and puree then simmer
4. Cook for 1 - 1.5 hours and serve with
vegetables of choice
